Spec TV Concept: “Bad Apples”
I always loved the concept of prisoners escaping a CIA Black Site. Every work you’re going after the worst villains in the world. Seemed like a great procedural concept. Too catch all those villains, you’d probably need other villains. Kind of like The Suicide Squad I guess. Felt like these would all be fun franchise characters for scribblers and actors alike.
